First "big" book I ever read all by myself....

I remember the first whole book i ever read like it was yesterday.... Green Eggs and Ham By Dr. Seuss. I think I called every relative and made them listen to the 30-some pages multiple times. It was pretty much one of the proudest days of my life, and because of that I pretty much still have the book memorized word for word.
Putting pen to paper is where is all begins. Capturing a thought or an image before it is lost. It could be a word, a drawing or a doodle; we take it for granted that with these simple acts we are free to express ourselves, to invent and to dream. With the same tools, line drawings and a lexicon of words, architects, artists and writers can illuminate infinite worlds of the imagination.

The pages are filled with beautiful hand drawn images

Here is the front and back of Street Sketch Book by Tristan Manco. As you can read right on the front cover it is a book of journals of international street and graffiti artists.

Interesting books...

I really love the idea of street art, the "availability to all" kind of mentality. Some of the books on it are really nice too with the graphics and the layout of the pages... The books are really treated like collages by printing to the edge and the changing the color of every page.
