Drawings without paper...

I developed sectional diagrams of from the the chip board model... shown previously. The assignment was to use any two drawings of our building that we wished and create sculpture from those drawings, objects that on the surface looked like the drawings really other than the outline had nothing to do with the actual section.



The first one was a wood or wire representation. I studied a small section of the book stacks with the path that moves through it.







The second was a cast representation. The outline of the drawing was taken from a section of the reading spaced formed along the wall.
